Lucile Gregg Elementary isn’t just a building; it’s a tribute to a legend. Named after "Miss Lucie"—a beloved HISD teacher and principal known for her infectious love of reading—our school has been a pillar of the community since 1954.

While our roots run deep, our branches reach high. In 2011, we opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility to ensure our students have the modern tools they need to lead the next generation.
